On a crispy crumble with caramelized almond slivers, this dessert conceals a raspberry compote resting on a soft Madagascar vanilla biscuit. The whole thing is topped with a signature vanilla and tea ganache "Mixture Fauchon" with gourmet citrus notes.
Candied chestnuts from Turin and Naples
Candied chestnuts from Turin and Naples are the must when it comes to candied chestnuts. At FAUCHON, the production of these great classics in the purest tradition is perpetuated: before being candied, the chestnut is manually wrapped in tulle muslin, in order to preserve its subtle taste. Some recipes are also the result of this tradition, but revisited with creativity to combine candied chestnuts and chocolate or candied chestnuts and cognac.
