FAUCHON's Breton-style scallop rillettes offer a rather mild taste profile, with a delicate marine touch:

They are made with almost 48% scallops and pollack fillet, garnished with salted butter, shallots, parsley and carrots, following a traditional Breton recipe.

Salted butter and herbs provide a smooth and subtle sweetness, without a strong salty attack.

The marine taste is present but refined, reminiscent of the sea without being too marked or powerful.

To best preserve scallop rillettes, it is recommended to keep them cool, ideally between 0°C and 4°C, in the refrigerator. Once opened, it is best to consume the rillettes within 2 to 3 days to preserve their freshness and aroma.

Also, be sure to close the jar tightly or transfer the rillettes to an airtight container to avoid contact with air, which could alter the texture and flavor.

Finally, avoid leaving the rillettes at room temperature for too long to ensure their food safety and optimal taste quality.
