Original Mediterranean pepper verrines mascarpone and anchovies 
In the verrines, place a layer of spread chili with mascarpone then add some anchovy fillets cut into pieces. Add a touch of capers and a drizzle of olive oil to enhance the flavors. Finish with fresh arugula or basil leaves. Serve well chilled, accompanied by garlic croutons for a crispy contrast.

 Millefeuille to spread with mascarpone chili, candied tomatoes and fresh goat cheese 

For this light and tasty starter, spread a thin layer of mascarpone pepper on lightly toasted slices of country bread. Then alternate with slices of candied tomatoes and pieces of fresh goat cheese. Climb several floors to create a gourmet millefeuille. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, some fresh chopped basil and a round of Malabar Fauchon pepper mill to spice it up.
