Preparation :
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. Cut the peaches into wedges. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Arrange the arugula leaves on a plate. Add the burrata to the center, then arrange the roasted peach wedges around it.
- Add a few touches of FAUCHON peach, apricot & lavender jam to the fruit and burrata to add a subtle floral sweetness.
- Season with a drizzle of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and add dried fruit if desired.
- Serve immediately, still warm, for a perfect contrast between the softness, the creaminess and the delicate scent of lavender.
