Ultra-thin and crispy as you wish, made according to a Breton recipe, these delicacies deserve their name of "crêpes dentelle". Light, they are filled with a melting cheddar cream. Elegant, they are suitable for snacking as well as for the aperitif.

Often confused, tapenade and olivade reveal very different personalities. Tapenade, emblematic of Provence, draws its richness from a blend of olives, capers, anchovies, and aromatic herbs. It is lively, powerful, and resolutely Mediterranean, with a saline depth that evokes sea spray and sunny aperitifs.

Olivade, milder and simpler, features only the olive, without capers or anchovies. It offers a rounder, fruitier flavor, often appreciated for its delicacy. Where olivade caresses the palate, tapenade imposes its signature.

With FAUCHON, we've chosen the intensity and complexity of tapenade. A recipe full of character, designed as an exceptional condiment, capable of transforming every bite into a moment of gastronomy.

Tucked into golden focaccia, sprinkled over burrata, or tossed into a warm salad, black olives add a sunny touch. They also make a wonderful addition to a cake or savory tart.

Whole, sliced, or slivered, they lend themselves to everyday dishes as well as the most refined recipes. Simple yet intense, they add an inimitable Mediterranean touch to each creation.

After opening, store the tapenade in the refrigerator. To preserve its full flavor, cover it with a light drizzle of olive oil and close the jar tightly. Best consumed within 5 to 7 days.
