Eggplant, this sweet and tender vegetable, reveals its full richness when paired with the right spices. Among them, three essentials stand out to enhance its unique flavor: oregano, cumin, and smoked paprika.

Oregano brings this herbaceous and Mediterranean note, fresh and slightly spicy, which recalls the sunny alleys of the south and the fragrant gardens.


Cumin, with its sweet, earthy warmth, envelops the eggplant in an aromatic caress, adding depth and roundness to each bite.

Finally, the smoked paprika unfolds its slightly sweet and smoky aromas, which awaken the natural sweetness of the eggplant and bring a touch of elegance to the recipe.

The eggplant caviar is a smooth, fine purée traditionally made from grilled or roasted eggplant, delicately blended with a few simple ingredients such as olive oil, garlic, or lemon. It is distinguished by its smooth texture and pure flavor, showcasing the natural sweetness of the eggplant in elegant simplicity.

Conversely, the eggplant spread offers a more indulgent and complex experience: it combines eggplant with other complementary ingredients such as ricotta, fresh herbs or candied tomatoes, for a sometimes more rustic texture and rich and nuanced flavors. Designed to be generous and versatile.
