2024 jam : Peache, apricot and lavender

Discover our new 2024 Fauchon jam. Fruits from the orchard, such as peach and apricot, are combined with lavender to add a floral touch to this jam in order to give a sweet taste. They are prepared in a traditional way in France and cooked in copper cauldrons in small quantities to respect the fruit. The fruit is chosen according to strict quality criteria: when it is ripe, for its taste, its smell and its resistance to cooking.
