FAUCHON Pastry Chef created for you a macarons’ recipe elaborated from high quality ingredients, which includes freezing to obtain a tender and crunchy tasting. Do not refreeze. FAUCHON macarons should be kept at the bottom of your fridge and tasted within 5 days following their purchase. We advise you to bring them back to room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
