Jam 2022 Strawberry verveine lemon
FAUCHON Strawberry, Verbena and Lemon Jam 2022 has been prepared in France in a traditional way; it is cooked in copper cauldrons in small quantities to respect the fruit. The fruit is chosen according to strict quality criteria: when ripe, for its taste, smell and resistance to cooking. A gentle cooking with cane sugar in a copper cauldron which intensifies the greedy flavours of strawberries, the freshness of verbena and the acidulous note of lemon.

Did you know that? FAUCHON jams are made in France. The entire manufacturing process is handmade: from the preparation of the fruit to the cooking in a copper cauldron to the bottling. The jams are all prepared and cooked on site in the workshop.
