FAUCHON Rhubarb Jam is prepared in a traditional way; cooked in copper cauldrons in small quantities to respect the fruit. The rhubarb is harvested in the Hauts-de-France region for its sweet and sour taste, which makes it possible to produce a delicate and fragrant jam.
Ingredients : Rhubarb, cane sugar, gelling agent : pectins, acidifier : citric acid.
Per 100 g of finished product : prepared with 58 g of fruits, total sugars content : 56 g.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume rapidly. To be savoured on a slice of bread or crêpes, or with your desserts.
