Maxime Ullens has been elected Sacred Winemaker of the Year 2020 by Gault & Millau.

An exemplary cuvée made from pinot meunier, chardonnay and pinot noir. This cuvée rivals the greatest Champagnes. With very little dosage, it will delight the most demanding palates. With a brilliant and light colour, it reveals aromas of flowers and fresh fruits, slightly honeyed.
