Signature log
Inspired by the beauty of the snowy mountains, Sébastien Monceaux, FAUCHON Executive Chef, accompanied by Clément Bargoin, FAUCHON School Pastry Chef, have drawn their inspiration this season from the summit of Mont Blanc to create an original winter pastry that is emblematic of our heritage. A unique piece thought like a real sculpture worthy of a work of art.

Composition
The Vertige des Sens log is composed of a crunchy hazelnut cookie, a Tahitian vanilla bavaroise, a melting chestnut cream from Collobrières, without forgetting the fresh acidity of a compote of blueberries from the Vosges. The whole thing is sprinkled with chestnut and whole blueberry slivers.

A tailor-made box
Its solid walnut case was handcrafted by two French craftsmen and cabinetmakers: Ben & Manu. In their workshop in the Vosges, they have interpreted the mountain range, using local wood species selected in the region's sawmills, with pure lines that invite contemplation. A true meeting between art, beauty and goodness.

Tasting
For a tasty treat, remove the box from the fridge 10 minutes before the festivities. The Vertige des Sens log is available for pre-order on the website for delivery on 23 & 24 December, by courier at home; and in Click and Collect by contacting customer service. Limited edition, for 6 to 8 people.
