Strawberry and rose petal jam

FAUCHON's strawberry and rose petal jams are prepared in a traditional way in France. They are cooked in copper cauldrons in small quantities to respect the fruit. The fruits are chosen according to strict quality criteria: when ripe, for their taste, smell and resistance to cooking. The combination of the gourmet flavours of the strawberry and the floral notes of the rose makes it possible to create a delicate and fragrant jam.
