The nose first evokes citrus fruits, with yuzu, then the freshness of apple, before becoming more complex on pastry aromas. The mouth is pure, straight, chiselled. The taste buds are excited by the minerality due to the chalk, and caressed by the fruit. Tension and salinity are there.
