Discover the sweetness of the mirabelle plum from Lorraine Fauchon. This round fruit has a fine aroma and a very subtle perfume. Its taste is sweet with a few notes of acidity that will allow a beautiful association of Sabaragamuwa tea from a vast plantation located in the south of the island of Ceylon and famous for the quality of its liquor. Black tea with twisted whole leaves, it is a sweet and fruity tea with a slight caramelized touch at the end of the mouth which will play the perfect marriage with the jam.
