Fig Jam from Provence
FAUCHON fig jams are prepared in a traditional way with French fruit. Cooked in copper cauldrons in small quantities to respect the fruit. Harvested in Provence, the figs are exposed to the sun all year round, allowing them to develop their soft and sweet flavours.
