Without additives or preservatives, they are prepared by craftsmen, in the South West region of France, and they are made from one fresh liver selected for its exceptional quality and enhanced with a touch of Guérande salt, "fleur de sel" and a selection of 3 peppers. This recipe ensures a beautiful balance between the aromatic power of the Mélanosporum dark truffle and a truffle juice and strong character of Foie Gras
