This 3 hectare climate, located west of the village of Couchey, in the south of this village appellation, is exploited in monopoly by René Bouvier. His vines are exposed to the east on gently sloping land, and are made up solely of Chardonnay. Its nose offers the fresh and mentholated aromas typical for white Marsannay. The attack on the palate is full and fat before giving way to the great minerality of this terroir.
