The delicate aroma of FAUCHON mustard is preserved thanks to the slow grinding of the mustard seeds with a stone grinder, and their spiciness is softened by a controlled rise in temperature. The tarragon leaves, macerated in vinegar to fix the aroma, bring a welcome aniseed sweetness with white meats and fish.
