RULES OF THE GAME

"PREMIUM ADVENT CALENDAR Game Contest"
From 9 november 2023 at 10:00am to 16 november 2023 at 10:00am.

 

ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZING COMPANY

FAUCHON SAS, (hereinafter the "Organizing Company"), a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 2,000. 000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 326 315 462, whose registered office is located at 8 rue Volney - 75002 Paris intra-community VAT number: FR 88 326 315 462, e-mail: [email protected] is organizing a competition game (hereinafter the "Game"), the terms and conditions of which are described below, from 9 November 2023 at 10:00 a.m. and will end on 16 November 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (hereinafter the "Game Duration").

 

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME

2.1 - The Game is open to :

  • any natural person who is at least 18 years old,
  • legally capable,
  • domiciled in the European Union, Switzerland or Monaco,
  • filling in the different fields

Any person meeting the above conditions may participate in the Game with a limit of one entry per person.


ARTICLE 3 - PRINCIPLES OF THE GAME - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The Game is broken down as follows:

a) Participation in the Game

From 9 November 2023 at 10:00 a.m. and will end on 16 November 2023 at 10:00 a.m., FAUCHON is organizing a contest for all FAUCHON newsletter subscribers to win 1 premium advent calendar on its website.

To try and win a prize, simply go to the website and access the Game page, fill in the various fields and click on "PARTICIPATE". By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to receive weekly FAUCHON news by e-mail. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscription links or by contacting us.

 

b) How to participate in the prize draw

During the entire duration of the Game, any person meeting the conditions set forth in Article 2 above, registered for the FAUCHON newsletter with a valid email address may participate in this contest.

Participants must go to the https://www.fauchon.com/en/prestige-shopping-calendar-1020064/ website to participate in the contest.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to disqualify, disqualify or invalidate the participation and earnings of any person who does not comply with the provisions of these rules, in particular if the information and contact details, including the e-mail address, provided by the participant are invalid, erroneous and/or incomplete.

 

c) Remittance of the prize

The winner will be contacted by email. The terms and conditions of the prize will be specified in the email.

 

d) Specifics of participation in the draw by internet :

The Game is subject to the limitations of the Internet, in particular the randomness of the technical performance associated with it.

 

ARTICLE 4 - ENDOWMENT AT STAKE

The prizes at stake are as follows:

- Endowments put into play without minimum purchase:

ONE (1) Premium Advent calendar, reference 1020064, worth three hundred twenty euros (€320.00) including VAT.

The prize will not be taken back or exchanged for another object, and may not be the subject of any consideration.

 

ARTICLE 5 - LIABILITY

The organising Company shall not incur any liability whatsoever if, in the event of force majeure, events beyond its control or justified necessity, it were to shorten, extend, postpone, modify or cancel the Game.

The Organizing Company shall not be held liable for any event that is not attributable to it, in particular in the event of delivery errors, malfunctioning of telephone lines, unavailability of the Website and/or its Facebook Page, technical malfunctions making it impossible to continue the Game, interruption of telephone communications, Internet network malfunctions preventing the smooth running of the Game, interruptions, delays in data transmission, failures of the participant's computer or any other problem related to communication networks, servers, Internet access providers, computer equipment or software, the loss of any data, the consequences of any virus, anomaly, technical malfunction, technical, hardware or software failure of any kind that prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the Game or that damaged a participant's system, errors in the routing of prizes, the loss of prizes during shipment, non-receipt or deterioration, late delivery.

It is the responsibility of each participant in the Game to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment from any damage. The connection of any person to the Site and participation in the Game is under his or her sole, unique and entire responsibility.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to exclude from the Game and to prosecute any person who has attempted to cheat or disrupt the proper conduct of the Game.

The Organizing Company shall not be held liable in any way for any malfunction or poor performance of the prizes offered that it does not manufacture or for which it is not the provider or organizer, nor for any defect or latent defect therein. If necessary, the holder of the endowments must contact the manufacturers, suppliers or service providers of the said endowments directly.


ARTICLE 6 - FRAUD

Participation in the Game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.

Any fraud, or attempted fraud, manifested by a commencement of execution and committed with a view to unduly collecting an endowment, non-compliance with these rules, or any malicious intent tending to disrupt the running of the Game, shall result in the exclusion of the perpetrator, with the Organizing Company reserving the right to take legal action against him/her.


ARTICLE 7 - CLAIMS - DISPUTES

These Game Rules are subject to French law.

Any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, execution, or non-execution of these rules may be submitted to mediation, before a Consumer Mediator, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Consumer Code, and to the competent French courts under the conditions of common law.


ARTICLE 8 - PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected in the context of the Game is only used for the purpose of managing the file of participants and winners. This data is mandatory to participate.

In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, each participant has the right to access, rectify, modify and delete information concerning him or her, which he or she may exercise by simply sending a written request to the registered office of the Organizing Company, specifying the exact references of the Game.


ARTICLE 9 - AUTHORIZATIONS

The winner of the endowment authorizes FAUCHON to reproduce, publish and exhibit its image on all media (e-mailing, social networks and websites).

The participants authorize all checks concerning their identity and contact details, any false or erroneous indication of identity or address will automatically result in the elimination of the entry.


ARTICLE 10 - SUBMISSION OF THE RULES

The rules are deposited at the registered office of the organizing Company and displayed in the store located at 8 rue Volney - 75002 Paris, throughout the duration of the Game. They may also be consulted on the fauchon.com website at the following link: https://www.fauchon.com/en/advent-calendar-contest-game/contest-rules-and-regulations a paper copy of which may be given to any person who so requests.
