Honey: Use this honey to sweeten a sauce, to glaze a meat, or to enjoy with a cheese platter.
Risotto: For 2 to 3 people. Cooking time: 18 minutes. Brown the rice in a pan with a knob of butter or olive oil. Add a glass of white wine while stirring. During cooking, gradually pour in 1 1/2 litres of boiling water. Serve the risotto with parmiggiano reggiano.
Slices: Enjoy on toast, or as an accompaniment to pasta, risottos or scrambled eggs.
