Trescol is the name of this new creation by Olivier Jullien and his friend Olivier Michel, an organic winemaker in the Tarn. This ephemeral cuvée, vinified with a minimal dose of SO2, presents fruit, intensity, immediate access but "not only! A great fluidity, depth, subtle and unique flavours; all in relief. Sloping plot in the middle of the hillside, at an altitude of 400 metres between the Tarn and the nearby peaks. Fruit, intensity, immediate access.
