  • 230 ml of Assam tea GBOP FAUCHON syrup
  • 500 g of ripe peaches
  • 250 g of ripe apricots
  • 20 cl of lime juice
  • 200 g of crushed ice
  • 2 g of lavender flowers


step 1: preparation of the tea syrup

  • Bring the water and sugar to the boil. Add the tea and leave to infuse for 3 minutes, covered. Strain the preparation through a sieve. Leave to cool before storing in the fridge at 4°C.

Assembly and finishing:

  • Serve the mixture in a tall glass with a straw and the lavender and apricot skewer as decoration.

  • Peel all the fruit. Put the fruit, ice and tea syrup in the blender with the lavender flowers and blend until smooth.
