Recipe for Peach and mango smoothie with Assam tea GBOP

step 1: preparation of the tea syrup
- Bring the water and sugar to the boil. Add the tea and leave to infuse for 3 minutes, covered. Strain the preparation through a sieve. Leave to cool before storing in the fridge at 4°C.
Assembly and finishing:
- Serve the mixture in a tall glass with a straw and the lavender and apricot skewer as decoration.
step 2: preparation of the smootie
- Peel all the fruit. Put the fruit, ice and tea syrup in the blender with the lavender flowers and blend until smooth.
ASSAM TEA G.B.O.P. :
- Indian black tea with broken leaves rich in golden buds. Powerful liquor with good body and restrained astringency; typical tobacco, spicy and floral notes.
