step 1: preparation of the tea syrup
- Bring the water and sugar to the boil. Add the tea and leave to infuse for 3 minutes, covered. Strain the preparation through a sieve. Leave to cool before storing in the fridge at 4°C.
Assembly and finishing:
- Serve in a tall glass with a straw and a slice of orange.
step 2: preparation of the smootie
- Peel all the fruit. Place the fruit, ice cream and tea syrup in a blender with the lavender flowers and blend until smooth.
