FAUCHON Strawberry Coulis is prepared in a traditional way in France; it is cooked in copper cauldrons in small quantities to respect the fruit. The soft and sweet flavours of the strawberry will sublimate your desserts and gourmet creations.
Ingredients : Strawberry puree, cane sugar, gelling agent: pectins, acidifier: citric acid. Per 100g of finished product: prepared with 81g of fruit, total sugar content: 25g. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
