« Le Clos » Clos Saint-Vincent 2017 blanc BIO - Bellet - 75 cl Bottle

In the spring of 1993, the Sicardi and Sergi families acquired the property of CLOS ST VINCENT. According to a lunar calendar, preparations of vegetable origin such as nettle tea, animal such as compost manure or mineral such as crushed silica are applied to the vines. Here no chemical products are used. The soil is made of pebbles mixed with very clear sand (pudding), it favours the expression and the full maturity of the grapes. Its mouth is rich, very generous. It is fat, ripe with a beautiful expression of fruit (pear, mango and tangerine) but also reveals spicy and mint flavors.
