« Le Clos » Clos Saint-Vincent rouge 2016 BIO - Bellet - 75 cl Bottle

In the spring of 1993, the Sicardi and Sergi families acquired the property of CLOS ST VINCENT. According to a lunar calendar, preparations of vegetable origin such as nettle tea, animal such as compost of manure or mineral such as crushed silica are applied on the vines. No chemicals are used here. The soil, made up of pebbles mixed with clear sand (pudding), favours the expression and maturity of the grapes. The ruby red color with a carmine hue gives way to a pleasant wine, but with a reserved character in its early youth and just waiting to open up.
