Drappier Brut Nature
75 cl Bottle
The estate is located in the village of Urville, planted 2000 years ago by the Gallo-Romans. It was in 1808 that the family estate was created and is now run by Michel Drappier. It is a 100% Pinot Noir cuvée that seduced General de Guaulle in 1965 for his family consumption. The vineyard today extends over a hundred hectares. Very low sulphur content, unfiltered cuvée, 2 to 3 years before disgorging.
Golden vermeil robe. Nose of freshly pressed black grapes, red and white fruits and citrus fruits. Ample mouth of vine peach pulp and aromatic herbs bouquet. Small spicy notes on the finish. A fine and taut Champagne of great purity.
