La bouteille de 75 cL
The estate is located in the village of Urville, planted 2000 years ago by the Gallo-Romans. It was in 1808 that the family estate was created and is now run by Michel Drappier. It is a 100% Pinot Noir cuvée that seduced General de Gaulle in 1965 for its family consumption. The vineyard now covers about a hundred hectares. Sustainable cultivation. Very low sulphur content, unfiltered cuvée, natural settling. Bleeding dew with a vatting period of 3 days. 2 to 3 years before disgorging.

Description
Nose evoking strawberry, raspberry with a floral note of rose petal. The palate is reminiscent of red fruits and is enhanced by notes of citrus fruit, tangerine and a very refined touch of white pepper.
