Description
Pale yellow robe with green reflections. The bubbles are very fine and the foam delicate. Nose presenting notes of citrus fruits, grapefruit and lemon. It then develops on buttered, brioche aromas combined with the delicate scent of pear. In the finish, we find floral notes of white hawthorn flowers, typical of Chardonnay. The attack is lively but round. The brioche aromas mixed with the delicacy of pear discovered on the nose are revealed on the palate with a nice balance.
