Vouvray Domaine Huet Clos Du Bourg Moelleux 2009 BIO

Domaine Huet exists since 1928. The estate extends over 35 hectares on 3 distinct properties. The first one, the Mont, has a stony soil, mostly clay and containing silica. The Haut-Lieu presents a clayey-limestone soil, while the third one, Clos du Bourg, has a limestone soil. All these terroirs are particularly adapted to produce unique wines of remarkable precision, much appreciated by connoisseurs. Notes of quince and tarte tatin combine with a dense and long texture, relayed by accents of fresher and juicier fruit and linden infusion. A white of exquisite precision, dense and vigorous, to be served on apple pie or blue-veined pastry. Magical!
