Located in the heart of the Sézannais, Marie and Alexandre took over the family estate. The 9ha of the property are spread over three typical terroirs, the Sézannais, the côte des Bar and the Marne valley. Adepts of eco-friendly viticulture, they are committed to respecting the environment. No insecticides or herbicides, the use of treatments has been reduced by half. Alexandre has undertaken regular ploughing work. They have recently obtained Terra Vitis certification. In order to promote biodiversity, they have set up an insect hotel and installed three beehives. Maturing on fine lees, minimum 10 months, then a minimum of 36 months in the cellar.
