Thierry Germain never ceases to perfect his knowledge of his terroirs. In order to isolate each particularity and to reveal its most accurate expression, he is launching a new cuvée in 2015 'Le Clos du Moulin'. The nose reveals notes of apple, lime blossom, candied orange and some aniseed nuances. The palate is concentrated but very fresh, straight and mineral. Some honeyed notes on the palate, but this white remains dry and airy.
