Spoon Saint Joseph Les Serines is an intense and racy wine. Deep nose of ripe black fruits, white pepper, a beautiful maturity of the grapes with a spicy and wild touch, some delicate woody notes. The mouth is fleshy and dense, it draws its freshness from a note of graphite, giving it a nice depth. 'Les Serines' is not the name of a locality but comes from the local name of the syrah.
