Created in the 1850s by Dominique Nicrosi, this small estate of less than 10 hectares perpetuates a tradition of excellence and continues to distinguish itself by the quality and originality of its whites. The family vineyards, massively replanted from the 1960s, are spread out in the plain of Macinaggio, on the soils of degraded schist and alluvium which give this intense minerality and freshness specific to the whites of the Cap Corse. In 2016, the white of whites of the Domain offers a very expressive profile, revealing a generous fruit around the baked apple and the peach. But here, the greediness is accompanied by refined touches, evoking the flowers of the fields, the thyme, the eucalyptus and the honey of fir tree. Straight and superb minerality on the finish!
