FRANÇOIS DAUBINET – Pastry chief for Fauchon

At the age of 30, François Daubinet already has a long career behind him.

After eight years of training in pastry making with the Compagnons du Devoir, he joined prestigious establishments in New York, then in France, such as the Hôtel de Crillon, the Plaza Athénée and participated in the opening of the Michalak MasterClass. In 2015, he let his creativity shine through at the legendary Taillevent restaurant.
