FAUCHON's whole duck foie gras comes from a typical Landaise farm bordered by the Adour river. The animals are raised in the open air and fed through its own harvests in order to offer a foie gras of pure Landaise tradition.
Our Foies Gras are made from one or more lobes from the same liver, selected for their exceptional quality, awakened and prepared by hand by these artisan cooks. The mixture of spices used in these recipes, secretly kept, develops a particularly appreciated bouquet of aromas that brings out the original flavor of the duck. A tailor-made work which results in melting Foies Gras at will. All in finesse and perfumes. Refinement and elegance.
