FAUCHON's whole duck foie gras from the South-West of France come from free-range farms. They are selected, prepared and seasoned by hand, without additives or preservatives, and made by a master craftsman from fresh duck liver selected for its high quality. For Christmas, it is associated with wild garlic, a wild herb harvested on the mountainside which gives it a fresh and marbled taste.
Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Take out 30 minutes before eating. Serve on a slice of lightly toasted bread. In its natural state, with fleur de sel and freshly ground pepper. After opening, consume within 3 days and keep refrigerated.
